Atmospheric pressure hot water boiler is a kind of non pressure hot water boiler. The top of the boiler has an air inlet, and the boiler body is always in normal pressure operation. It is mainly used for heating and producing hot water. This is one of our common boiler types. At present, most of the air-water boilers in the market have the characteristics of computer control, intelligent boiler and automation. The boiler is generally equipped with computer control and full display, such as the use of boiler pump and burner operation. The hot water temperature and other information in the boiler are transmitted to the computer screen through the controller, and people can see it clearly. Its main uses are shown in two aspects: heating and bathing; the hot water boiler circulates the hot water in the incubator through the hot water circulating pump, and heats the hot water in the water tank up and down to achieve the purpose of bathing. The hot water boiler circulates the hot water heating pipe through the radiator (radiator) through the hot water circulating pump to meet the heating demand of people; the hot water boiler and the hot water circulating pump cooperate with the heat exchanger to realize the dual functions of bathing and heating.

In daily use, the normal pressure hot water boiler is directly sealed with tap water or heating system, that is, the exhaust pipe and atmosphere on the boiler body are used as the return water pipe, and the boiler body is always in the state of full water pressure. State; two things are happening. First of all, when the furnace temperature is too high, the generated steam cannot be discharged, the pressure will continue to rise, and explosion and leakage accidents may occur at any time. Second, even if the boiler water temperature is not high, it will not produce a lot of steam. The higher the floor, the greater the pressure of hot water circulation on the boiler body, the greater the risk.
Secondly, the atmospheric hot water boiler is installed on the first floor or basement, and the hot water storage tank is installed on the roof. Therefore, the exhaust pipe and atmosphere on the boiler body are also used as the air return pipe. Although the boiler body is not subject to the pressure exerted by the annular pump, the boiler is always subject to the hydrostatic pressure of the hot water provided by the high storage tank. The higher the bottom plate, the higher the hydrostatic pressure.
4. If the atmospheric pressure is changed to steam boiler, the steam rice shall be directly installed on the boiler body and atmosphere, and directly installed on the steam rice cabinet and disinfection cabinet. Steam or disinfect the vegetables, and install a control valve on the drainage pipeline.
